Hello

My name is Junaid

I’ve been a personal trainer for 13 years. In that time I’ve travelled the world as a fitness professional and a basketball player. I’ve had over 50 clients in those 13 years ranging from short term clients to long term clients. I’ve trained clients in gyms, their homes, parks and even done remote sessions with clients as far as in America.

In that time I’ve found the best results came with the clients I spent the most time with, this wasn’t because of my innovative workouts, which by the way are amazing, but because of my personal habits my clients would subconsciously pick up. With 168 hours in a week, taking what I taught within an hour and carrying it with you for the remaining 167 proves to be a difficult task even if I were to train a client 3 times in a week there’s still 165 hours where my fitness knowledge wasn’t a priority.

Lifestyle consultations

Personal Training

1-2-1 training with me. Sessions last 45-90 minutes
consisting of 3 separate circuits designed to personally
cater towards you and your fitness goals.
Sessions can be done face to face or remotely.

Recommended for anyone looking too add fitness to
their life but not necessarily interested in any major
physical changes, for example you may be at your ideal
weight but just want to tone up. Also a great option for
anyone dealing with injuries.

Prices from, £60/session (block booking discounts)

Group Training

Very similar to 1-2-1 training, but less personal.
Sessions last 45-90 minutes consisting of 3 separate
circuits designed to cater towards the groups fitness
goals. Sessions can be done face to face or remotely.

Recommend but not limited to a group of friends,
colleagues or associates with similar fitness goals.
Business owners this is a great team building activity.

Prices from £60 for 2-5 participants,
£75 6-9 participants £100 10+ participants

Fruits and Vegetables

Nutrition development

A nutritional consultation where we sit down and
analyse current eating habits and how we can
realistically improve them overtime to live a longer
healthier life. Recommended for those who are
happy with how active they are in life and just
want nutrition advice to take them to the next level.

Prices from £60, plan upgrades are free for
6 months £25.

Setting Goals and Customising the Plan
